Pastor W. Carlton Rogers and his wife, Elvi, pioneered Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center in Front Royal, VA in May 2000. When Pastor Carlton went home to be with the Lord in February 2023, Elvi became Senior Pastor.
In 2004, Pastor Carlton founded Dynamic Life Bible Training Center, a school that teaches and trains believers how to be faithful disciples, fulfilling their divine destiny. Elvi is currently President of the Bible School and one of the Instructors.
Elvi graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught in public schools for 10 years. In Fall of 2007, Pastor Carlton and Elvi established Dynamic Life Christian School in which she provides oversight.
With a heart for reaching their community, Pastor Carlton and Elvi launched their first radio broadcast in 2013. Their faith-filled broadcasts still air on multiple stations in their community. They also opened the DL Campus Coffee on Main in 2019, a Christian Coffee & Ice Cream Shop. This shop not only provides a great place to meet and eat but offers evening and weekend ministry opportunities and outreach.
Elvi Rogers
Senior Pastor
Elvi grew up in a Christian home with a family that loves music. She and her siblings played instruments and the family all sang together. Today, she is a singer, song writer, pianist, and Praise & Worship Leader at Dynamic Life Praise & Worship Center.
Elvi is licensed and ordained through Rhema Ministerial Association International in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She also completed Rhema Bible Training Center’s Correspondence School. Elvi lives in Virginia with her family and considers it a supreme honor to serve the Lord in the ministry.

Founder
At the age of thirteen, W.Carlton Rogers was called to the ministry. He is a 1983 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center (Tulsa, Ok.). In 1990, God moved on Carlton's heart, "You'll pastor a church in Front Royal, VA. one day." It wasn't until ten years later that he stepped into that office. Looking back, he realized that it was the grace of God that groomed, pruned, and refined him for this call on his life.
Prior to pioneering Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center, Pastor Carlton faithfully served and ministered at Faith Christian Church for eleven years under Pastor Decker Tapscott. Carlton was on staff for three and a half years and held the position of Associate Pastor, Single's Pastor, Director of Ministerial Association, and Director of Multi-Media Ministry. After ten years of waiting for the perfect timing, the Lord launched Pastor Carlton out to Front Royal to fulfill the call on his life.

In February 2023, our Founder and Senior Pastor went home to be with the Lord. His family and the Leadership at Dynamic Life is pressing forward with purpose and passion to carry out the mission, the vision, and the call of this ministry.
